Updated all datasets to what was available as of at least August 24, 2026, except Suisun, which was updated with the 2025 database.
Fixed issue resulting from duplication of code 116 for STN in the Species dataset. This caused any records for Black Perch (Embiotoca jacksoni) to be duplicated and assigned to Bluefin Killifish (Lucania goodei) and vice versa.
Edited FMWT, Bay Study, and 20mm SampleID column to be more informative (a combination of identifying columns instead of a simple row number that depends on the order of the data)
Renamed "Cancer magister" to "Metacarcinus magister"

Added separate columns for Turbidity in NTU or FNU

In Suisun data, added counts with no corresponding length measurements, e.g., fish within a certain size group were counted and not measured and no fish within that size group were measured. Despite the use of the word "fish" the vast majority of these instances are for invertebrates. Only 334 rows out of 24,289 corresponded to fish.

Added new function zero_fill to fill in 0s for species not recorded in a sample and deal with the unknown lengths from the Suisun data.
Added new argument size_cutoff to remove fish below a certain length.
